Shipping policy

At Shine Pro Detail Supplies, we currently offer in-store pickup only for all online orders. Please review the following terms before placing your order:

Pickup Only: We do not offer shipping at this time. All orders must be picked up at our store: 806 N Tustin St. Orange CA 92867 

Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 3 days of purchase. If the order is not collected within this time, it will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pickup Process: Customers must provide their order confirmation email and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup. Orders can only be released to the customer who placed the order, unless prior arrangements are made with our staff.

Refunds on Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled due to non-pickup, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
